Design/Installation
All irrigation projects are billed time and materials (T&M) with a not-to-exceed contract price. We believe you cannot have a great system with a low bid. Low bids foster inferior materials, short cuts, and unskilled labor. There are many key points to our systems:
* Designing/installation of systems with head-to-head coverage
* Zones are laid out taking into account shade/sun zones, and plant materials
* Extra wire and main line are installed throughout the landscape for future expansion
* Backflow devices are always installed
* All piping is either Schedule 40 PVC, copper, or brass
* All spray heads in planters are 12" pop ups or copper risers
* Low drain checks installed on properties with even a slight slope
* Water pressure and flow are measured prior to construction and never exceed
* The first winterization is included in the install price

** When selecting an irrigation contractor, get references on systems in the ground for at least 3 years.

Service
After the installation is complete, we don't abandon you. We enjoy servicing our clients because we know the system is done right. Our crews will come out in spring for start up, return during the summer for performance reviews, and return in the fall to shut the system down and blow out the lines. Please contact us for pricing.

Backflow
As our business is located on Bainbridge Island, we are very serious about the safety of our water system. To ensure compliance, we are Backflow Assembly Tester Certified (BAT) and use the finest test equipment available. If you have a backflow device installed, call to schedule your backflow test. We're members of the American Backflow Prevention Association and The Western Washington Cross-Connection Prevention Professionals Group "The Group".
